250 openings to fill in within 6 weeks, in a challenging labor market
In the years before the crisis, the main challenge that the employers had to face was related to finding the most appropriate candidates under the circumstances of an excessive labor demand and an overrating of the rewards level.
Our client, European retail leader, planned a new store opening in 8 weeks with 250 openings. Aqua took the challenge and was in charge of:

creating an event concept that could allow the access of at least 1200 candidates in a very short period of time

developing a creative media campaign suitable to consolidate the top employer image of our client, as well as ensuring the fit to a reasonable budget

the recruitment and selection of an impressive number of candidates during the “open days”
The obtained results were as follows:

introducing, for the first time in Romania, the outdoor and radio advertising for mass recruitment events and reducing by 40% the allocated marketing budget

developing a mass recruitment concept and recruitment and selection kit to get internalize into the client’s future projects

recruitment and selection for the 250 available jobs for the new store opening and the creation of a 100 eligible candidates data base for the other stores of the network
