Global industrial leader decided to completely shut doits production unit in Romania and to dismiss the entire personnel of approximately 100 persons.

Aqua offered support to the management team in finding the most suitable outplacement activities to offer the employees, from the very beginning of the negotiation with the unions, in the context of a limited offer of jobs on the local labor market. Aqua consultants were responsible for:

• ensuring an adequate social climate and the production security in order to keep the production flow going under the expected high quality standards until the complete shutting down of the factory
• deployment of career counseling methods and instruments customized to different levels of education and experience of the target population (blue collars and white collars)
• support in overcoming the difficult psychological moment of the collective dismissals and counseling of the laid off personnel in looking for a new job
• counseling the laid off personnel in drafting their professional resume, developing a career plan and identifying the most appropriate solutions for professional reorientation
