Privacy policy

Aqua Consulting Group (Str. Nicolae Filipescu nr. 39-41, 1st floor, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania) is the controller of the data described below. We care about your privacy, so this site was built to collect as little as possible.

What we do NOT use

• No cookies and no other tracking technologies (localStorage, pixels, fingerprinting).
• No traffic analytics (Google Analytics or similar) and no advertising.
• Nothing is loaded from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are hosted on our own server, so your IP address is not sent to Google or any other third party when you visit the site.
• There are no forms on the site.

What data we process

Server logs. Like any web server, ours technically records the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. We use this solely for security and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), keep it for a limited period and share it with no one.

Direct contact. If you email or call us, we use the details you give us (name, email, phone, message content) only to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep them as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

Third-party links

The site links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Maps and other websites. These open only if you click them; from then on, those services' own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of them, write to office@aquaconsultinggroup.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
